智能物流是现代物流发展的必然趋势。文章首先从物流行业发展背景分析我国物流市场巨大,重点问题就是提高效率,降低成本,必须发展智能物流;其次对智能物流的概念和目前的发展现状进行界定,并提出智能物流的人才需求问题;最后主要从学校层面解释分析如何更好地培养与发展智能物流人才。
