应用型本科高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,当前规模日益扩大,其人才培养模式渐受关注。我国应用型本科高校因其自身特点,人才培养模式存在一系列问题,物流管理专业人才培养问题尤其显著。文章对我国应用型本科高校本身和物流管理专业人才培养存在的问题进行了分析。应用型本科高校物流管理专业人才的培养模式的改革具有巨大社会价值,提出了人才培养模式改善的措施。应用型本科高校可提高自身软硬件设施,全方位培养物流管理人才综合素质,探索校企合作培养模式,加强国际交流与合作。

Nowadays applied undergraduate colleges and universities is an important part of China＇s higher education, the increasing size of the current, its talent cultivation mode getting attention. With the continuous development and growth of China＇s logistics industry, the demand for logistics management professionals continuously set up the creation of logistics management professional institutions has increased quickly. Due to applied undergraduate universities for its own characteristics, talent cultivation mode, a series of problems, and logistics management professionals, cultivation is particularly full of significance. In this article,logistics management professionals of application oriented undergraduate talent cultivation mode status and characteristics of the application of logistics management professionals, culture problems in the current application oriented undergraduate and logistics management professionals. Application oriented undergraduate logistics management professionals cultivation model of reform has huge social value, therefore, from the perspective of the application oriented undergraduate and logistics management professionals put forward personnel cultivation mode to improve the measures. Applied undergraduate colleges and universities could improve their own software and hardware abilities, a full range of quality, training logistics management personnel cultivation model to found school-enterprise cooperation, and strengthen international exchanges and more cooperation.
