摘要
本文重点对球团竖炉导风墙水梁进行抗弯的强度校核,并对比不同钢管数量下及水梁穿管后,水梁受到由弯矩作用所产生的最大应力,同时根据上述力学分析给出在水梁漏水后的处理措施,并对处理措施进行论述。
This paper focuses on the bending strength test of the water beam for wind guide wall of shaft furnace. The maximum stress generated by the bending moment of water beam is compared under the different steel pipes and after the water beam passing through the pipe. At the same time, according to the above-mentioned mechanical analysis, the treatment measures after the water beam leakage are given and discussed.
