摘要
针对光伏接入规划中光照强度和负荷大小的不确定性,采用场景分析法依据改进的聚类数量评价指标,在考虑负荷之间相关性的同时减少了规划场景数量。围绕配电网公司和光伏运营商利益协同的问题,充分考虑光伏无功和有功功率对电压的调节作用,构建了多目标双层优化规划模型,上层规划模型优化光伏接入容量,下层考虑光伏接入后的配电网调压策略。对采用非支配排序遗传算法获得的帕累托解集,提出了选取最优解的评估指标及评估流程,并在IEEE 33节点配电系统中验证了所提方法的可行性。
For the uncertainty of light intensity and load in the photovoltaic(PV)access planning,by using the scenario analysis method and the improved clustering number evaluation index,the number of planning scenarios is reduced while considering the correlation between the loads.Then,surrounding the coordination of distribution companies and photovoltaic operators,a multi-objective bilevel optimal programming model is constructed by considering the effect of reactive power and reactive power on voltage regulation.The upper layer optimizes the PV access capacity,and the lower layer is the voltage regulation strategy for the distribution network with the access of PV.Finally,the evaluation index and the evaluation process of the optimal solution are proposed for the Pareto optimal solution set obtained by using the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm.The feasibility of the proposed method is verified in the IEEE 33-bus distribution network.
