摘要
相变微胶囊多采用有机高分子材料作为囊壁,微胶囊的包覆率高,且具有优异的稳定性,但该类材料导热性能较差,影响了微胶囊使用过程的导热率,为了改善微胶囊的导热性,许多研究者将导热材料引入囊壁,或者采用导热性能较好的无机材料进行改性,从而提高微胶囊的导热性能。对近年来提高微胶囊相变材料导热性的方法进行了综述,并介绍了导热增强型微胶囊相变材料的应用途径。
Organic polymer is used usually as shell material of phase change microcapsules due to its good thermal stability and encapsulation efficiency,but the thermal conductivity of organic polymer shell is poor which affects the heat transfer performance of microcapsules.Many researchers reported that added the thermal conductive material into the shell of microcapsule or used the inorganic material with better thermal conductivity to modify the shell which can improve the thermal conductivity of microcapsules.The preparation methods of thermal conductivity enhancement microcapsules in recent years were reviewed,and its applications were also introduced.
