摘要
氟化富勒烯因其独特的结构引起了研究者们持续而广泛的关注。在介绍氟化富勒烯电子特性的基础上,总结了其在金刚石、硅、石墨烯等材料的表面掺杂,以及有机发光二极管等电子器件的p型掺杂等领域的应用。最后,介绍了氟化富勒烯在其他领域中的最新应用,并对氟化富勒烯材料的发展趋势和前景进行了展望。
Fluofullerenes have attracted extensive attention due to their unique structures.Electronic characteristics of fluofullerenes were introduced,and then the progress of surface doping of diamond,dilicon and graphene,as well as bulk p-doping of organic semiconductors in electronic devices were discussed.Finally,the latest application in other fields was also reviewed,and the research trend of this area was also prospected.
