摘要
以三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂为壳材,石蜡为芯材,多羟基超支化多壁碳纳米管和氨基卟啉为改性剂,通过原位-界面聚合法制备了石蜡相变微胶囊。采用了红外光谱、差示量热、紫外光谱和扫描电镜对微胶囊进行了表征。结果表明:氨基卟啉和多壁碳纳米管改性的石蜡相变微胶囊表面光滑,粒径约为0.5~1μm;起始相变温度47.87℃,相变峰52.78℃,潜热达107.06J/g;对可见光有吸收,其中427nm处的强吸收峰为卟啉的Soret带吸收峰,522、564、596和657nm为卟啉的Q带吸收峰。因此微胶囊具有良好的热性能与光敏性质。
Paraffin phase change microcapsules were synthesized by in situ-interfacial polymerization with melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin as the shell material,paraffin as the core material,hyperbranched carbon nanotubes with multi hydroxyl groups and amino porphyrin as modifier.The microcapsules were characterized by FT-IR,DSC,UV and SEM.The experimental results showed that the surface of microcapsules modified by amino porphyrin and carbon nanotubes was smooth,and the size of particles was about 0.5~1μm.The initial phase transition temperature was47.87℃,the phase change peak was 52.78℃ and the latent heat reached 107.06 J/g.The microcapsules had obvious absorption peak in the visible region,and the strong absorption peak at 427 nm was the absorption peak of Soret band of porphyrin,and the absorption peaks of 522 nm,564 nm,596 nm and 657 nm were porphyrin Q band absorption peaks.So it had good thermal and photosensitive properties.
