摘要
以硝酸铈和异丙醇钛为铈源和钛源,利用溶胶-凝胶和胶晶模板技术合成了一种新型Ce掺杂的有序大孔TiO_2光催化材料,并用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射、紫外-可见光谱、比表面积分析等手段对样品结构和形貌进行了表征。最后以甲基橙溶液为对象,在可见光条件下,考察了不同Ce掺杂量的大孔TiO_2材料的可见光催化性能。结果表明,Ce掺杂的大孔TiO_2材料在可见光条件下展现出良好的光催化性能和循环再生能力,当Ce/Ti摩尔比为0.3∶1时,光催化性能最佳,甲基橙降解率可达96%。
A new-type ordered macroporous TiO2 material doped with Ce was prepared by sol-gel and colloidal crystal template methods with cerium nitrate and tetrabutyl titanate as precursors.The samples were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD,UV-Vis,and BET methods.The obtained samples displayed excellent photocatalytic ability and recycling ability under the condition of visible light.When the mole ratio of Ce/Ti was 0.3∶1,Ce/TiO2 displayed the best photocatalytic ability and the degradation efficiency of methyl orange was 96%.
