摘要
近年来,低频振荡成为危害电网安全运行的重要原因。在并网机组已普遍安装PSS的情况下,振荡现象仍然时有发生。结合低频振荡的负阻尼机理和强迫振荡机理,推导了发电机组引发功率振荡的代数方程,指出机组引发电网功率振荡的主要原因是减小系统阻尼和引入外界强迫扰动。针对发电机组的具体结构,深入分析并全面梳理了励磁系统和调速系统引发功率振荡的具体原因,最后提出了机组引发电网功率振荡的抑制措施。
In recent years, low-frequency oscillation has become a critical thread for the normal operation of power systems. Oscillations sometimes occur even when the generators are installed with PSSs. This paper summarizes the reasons for generator- induced power oscillations in power systems. By combing the negative damping and forced oscillation theories of low-frequency oscillations, the theoretic explanation of generator-induced oscillation is deduced. It is indicated that the reasons of inducing power oscillations are decreasing system damping and introducing outer disturbance. The reasons for power oscillations induced by the excitation and speed control system are listed based on the deep analysis of the specific structure of generators. Finally, the measures to restrain low-frequency oscillations are put forward.
