摘要 在全密封、全屏蔽、全绝缘和非常紧凑的环网柜设备空间结构内,高压电阻分压器用于电压高精度测量。但在考虑绝缘、散热、屏蔽及小型集成化的情况下,温度变化引起的空间杂散电容电流量值变化,以及被测电压信号频率波动将严重影响测量精度。针对上述问题,提出高温度稳定性电阻式分压器多参数影响模型与优化设计。一方面有效降低高压臂电阻器之间的温差,另一方面降低频率波动对测量精度的影响。进而基于最优误差影响模型实现电阻分压器整体设计,在不改变电阻分压器的整体结构情况下,研制了满足环网柜特定应用环境的高稳定性一体化插头式电压传感器。 In the fully sealed, shielded, insulated and very compact space structure of ring main unit (RMU), the high-voltage resistor divider can be used for high precision measurement of voltage. However, in the case of insulation, heat dissipation, shielding and miniaturization, the spatial temperature variation can change the stray capacitance current magnitude, and the frequency fluctuations of measured voltage signal will seriously affect the measurement accuracy. The multi-parameter influence model and optimization design for the resistive divider with high temperature stability are proposed. On the one hand, the temperature difference between the high-voltage arm resistors reduce effectively. On the other hand, the impact of frequency fluctuations on the measurement accuracy is reduced. Then based on the optimal error effect model to achieve the overall design of the resistor divider, without changing the overall structure of the resistor divider, the integrated plug-type voltage sensor with high stability for the specific application circumstance of RMU is realized.
