自然保护区建设和管理存在的问题与对策建议——以大庆市为例

Problems and Coutermeasures in Construction and Management of Nature Reserve——A Case Study of Daqing City

大庆市自1978年建立第一个自然保护区以来,在国家、省及相关部门的正确领导下,自然保护区建设工作取得了显著成效,已基本形成类型比较齐全、功能相对完备的自然保护区网络。但由于长期以来形成的生产生活习惯、思想意识以及经济发展等因素,大庆市个别自然保护区内违法违规情况仍然存在,自然保护区保护形势依然十分严峻。通过介绍大庆市自然保护区现状、存在的问题、并提出相应治理措施,以期为进一步加强自然保护区建设、提升监管水平提供参考。

Since the establishment of the first nature reserve of Daqing in 1978, Under the correct leadership of the state, provincial and relevant departments, nature reserve construction substantial progress has been achieved. Nature reserve network has been basically formed relatively. However, there are still illegal violations in individual nature reserve in Daqing city. The protection work of nature reserve is still in critical condition. The article introduces the present situation of nature reserve work in Daqing and puts forward existing problems and countermeasures to provide references for strengthening the construction of nature reserve and enhancing the level of supervision.
