社区老年人活动中心的建设规模与面积指标研究

A Study on Construction Scale and Related Indicators for the Community Center for the Elderly

结合住建部《社区老年人活动中心建设标准》的编制工作,系统介绍了核定建设规模与面积指标的研究方法与技术依据。结合既有老年人活动设施的建设基础与社区规模的发展趋势,提出了社区老年活动中心的分类配建原则。基于休闲娱乐、康体健身和学习教育等核心服务功能,测算了各类功能用房的使用面积,并在此基础上完成了总建筑面积指标、人均建筑面积定额指标的核算。

This paper introduced the research methods and technical grounds of construction scale and area indicators in the compilation of Construction Standards for Community Centers for the Elderly. According to the construction foundation of existing facilities for the elderly and development trend of the size of community, it proposes the principles of allocation for each functional category of construction. Based on the main functions including recreation, entertainment, fitness and education, usable floor areas for each functional category are estimated, on which basis the indicators for overall floor areas and per capita can be calculated.
