摘要
简要回顾了西方国家从1960-1980年代所发生的对设计思维认知的转变与再转变,即对基于"布扎"设计竞赛制度独特的设计教学方法的批判、1960年代"分析与综合"模型的兴起以及1980年代"猜测与检验"模型的流行。认为"布扎"的设计竞赛制度恰恰就是"猜测与检验"模型的最佳注解,从而赋予这一古老的设计教学法以当代意义。同时,还就如何向"布扎"的设计竞赛制度学习以及如何依据"猜测与检验"模型来指导设计教学进行了深入探讨。
This paper reviews the cognitive turn in design thinking between the 1960s and 1980s in the West, i.e. the criticism of the unique pedagogic method of the Beaux-Arts design competition system, rise of the model of analysis and synthesis, and acceptance of the model of conjecture and test. It contends that the Beaux-Arts competition system can best explicate the model of conjecture and test, giving modern meaning to this old teaching method. It also discusses what to learn from the Beaux-Arts design competition system and how to use the model of conjecture and test to guide today's design pedagogy.
