Analysis and Discussion on Maintenance Strategy of Key Unit Equipment in Chemical Plants

通过对HY集团下属的重要化工流程型企业NH公司,XCL公司,LJ公司,SAF公司等公司化工装置中关键机组在2013年—2017年5年间故障停车类型及其原因进行统计、分析,针对关键机组设备管理中存在的问题和不足,提出在关键机组设备管理中应采取的设备维护策略和措施,提高了关键机组设备的利用率,从而保证了化工装置的本质安全。

Through the statistics and analysis on the types and causes of malfunction parking during the period from 2013 to 2017 for the key units of the chemical engineering companies NH company, XCL company, LJ company, SAF company and other chemical plants under the HY group, in view of the problems and deficiencies in the management of key unit equipment, the equipment maintenance strategies and measures to he taken in the management of key unit equipment were proposed to improve the utilization rate of equipment of key units, so as to ensure the intrinsic safety of chemical equipment.
