蒸汽发生器管嘴区断裂力学常用工程分析方法对比研究

摘要 以蒸汽发生器典型管嘴不连续区为研究对象,采用四种常用的断裂力学工程评估方法进行计算和评定,以评价不同规范中计算方法的保守程度,掌握CAP 1400蒸汽发生器断裂评定和寿命评估技术。所得结论可评定该蒸汽发生器设备无延性破坏防止方面的安全性。 Taking the typical nozzle discontinuous area of steam generator as the research object, four commonly used fracture mechanics engineering evaluation methods were used for calculation and evaluation to evaluate the conservative degree of calculation method given by different specifications, so as to grasp the CAP 1400 steam generator fracture assessment and life assessment technique. The conclusions obtained could be used to assess the safety of the CAP1400 steam generator equipment without ductile damage prevention.
