金水宝胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨金水宝胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)中的临床疗效。方法选取鄂州市中医医院2015年3月至2017年3月收治的200例DN患者,另选取健康体检者50人为对照组。将200例DN患者分3期,早期、中期和晚期,分期后每一期患者平分为A、B两组。A组给予患者DN常规治疗;B组在常规治疗基础上,给予金水宝胶囊。检测及评价各组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及尿素氮、血肌酐、24h蛋白尿水平和临床疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果早期B组、中期B组和晚期B组患者给予金水宝胶囊后总有效率分别为77.27%、81.82%和82.35%,与同期A组比较,临床治疗疗效显著提高(P<0.05);与同期A组相比,金水宝胶囊可通过效缓解糖尿病肾病患者的尿蛋白排泄率、尿素氮、血肌酐和24h蛋白尿水平;降低患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金水宝胶囊对DN具有较好的临床治疗效果,可以有效缓解DN所导致的肾脏血管病变和损伤。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy（DN）. Methods A total of 200 patients with DN admitted to Ezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to March 2017 were treated with Jinshuibao capsule for 4 months,and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. According to urinary albumin excretion rate,200 patients with DN were divided into early,middle and late stages,and each stage of the patients were equally divided into groups A and B. In group A,patients were given routine DN treatment. In group B,patients were treated with Jinshuibao capsules on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy,fasting blood glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and 24-h proteinuria were measured in each group,and the statistical analysis was performed. Results The effective rate of Jinshuibao capsule treatment in the early,middle and late groups was 77. 27 %,81. 82 % and 76. 47 %,respectively,which had a remarkably improved clinical effect（P〈0. 05）. As compared with the control group,Jinshuibao capsule could effectively reduce the urinary protein excretion rate,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and 24-h proteinuria of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Meanwhile,it could also increase the fasting plasma glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose and Hb A1 c levels with a significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Jinshuibao capsule has a satisfactory clinical effect on diabetic nephropathy,which can effectively relieve renal vascular lesions and injuries caused by diabetic nephropathy.
