婴儿期启动抗病毒治疗对人类免疫缺陷病毒的病毒学及免疫学影响 被引量:4

摘要 母婴阻断可显著减少新生儿感染HIV,当感染孕妇未能得到及时和有效的治疗时,仍可发生新生儿感染HIV,据统计2016年全球母婴传播感染约16万。与成人不同,婴儿阶段胸腺含高比例的CD4^+T淋巴细胞,因此感染HIV的新生儿早期病毒快速复制、病毒载量高于成人。
