摘要
基于三阶段DEA模型对我国30个省区市2014年的环保投入效率进行了实证研究。结果表明:剔除了随机因素和环境因素之后纯技术效率和规模效率发生了变化;环保投入效率低下的原因主要是规模效率不足;第二产业所占比重是环保投入效率的不利因素;人均可支配收入、节能环保支出、受教育水平、城镇化率是环保投入效率的有利因素。
Based on three-stage DEA model,this paper studies environmental protection input efficiency among 30 provinces of China in 2014. Results show that: pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency are changed while random factors and environmental factors are excluded; the main reason of the low efficiency of environmental protection input is insufficient scale efficiency; the proportion of the second industry in GDP is the negative factor of the efficiency of environmental protection input. Per capita disposable income,energy conservation and environmental protection expenditure,education level,and urbanization rate are favorable factors for environmental protection input.
