规模经济下考虑策略式顾客的供应链协调策略 被引量:3

Supply Chain Coordination Strategy Considering Strategic Customers under the Economies of Scale

摘要 针对由一个制造商和一个零售商所组成的二级供应链,研究了零售商面向策略式顾客并且制造商生产具有规模经济效应的供应链的最优决策问题,并引入收益共享契约对该供应链进行协调。研究发现:规模经济效应下制造商存在最优的决策,零售商的最优产品订购量是规模经济系数的减函数,制造商的最优产品批发价格是规模经济系数的增函数;收益共享契约可以协调供应链绩效,且收益共享系数是规模经济系数的减函数。 Considering a two-echelon supply chain with a manufacturer and a retailer,where the retailer facing the strategic customers and production of manufacturer with economy of scale effect,the optimal decision of the supply chain is analyzed in this paper. Furthermore,the revenue sharing contract is introduced to coordinate the performance of the supply chain. The main conclusions of the research are as follows: with the economies of scale,the manufacturer has the optimal decisions,and the optimal order quality of retailer is decreasing with the coefficient of economies of scale,but the optimal wholesale price of manufacturer is increasing with the coefficient. Furthermore,the revenue sharing contract can coordinate the performance of the supply chain,and revenue sharing coefficient is decreasing with the coefficient of economies of scale.
