移动城建信息服务平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Smart City Construction Information Service Platform

为了顺应移动信息化的发展,满足政府部门移动办公需求,提出了集移动应用和后台维护系统于一体的智慧城建信息服务平台,系统地介绍了该平台的总体架构、网络安全设计及功能实现等内容,将地理信息系统技术应用于城建项目督察领域,为政府督办的纵向管控、横向协同提供了有效的支撑工具,促进了创新型政府的建设。

To follow the mobile informatization trend and satisfy the demand of government mobile office,the smart city construction information service platform including mobile application and backend maintenance is proposed,which could monitor important projects of city construction in realtime.At present,the platform has been put into operation in Ningbo,which assists the government to supervise projects effectively.In this paper,the overall framework of the system and its functional components are described in detail.
