摘要
阐述了曲柄摇杆式剪切机构的工作原理及结构特点。针对上下刃口相应轨迹的要求,提出了曲柄摇杆式剪切机构,建立了该机构的位移方程,并对其进行了优化设计,确定设计变量、建立目标函数同时给出约束条件,通过软件得出优化结果,从而得出满足上下刃口轨迹要求的最佳设计参数;利用ADAMS软件建立参数化模型,并对其进行运动仿真。仿真结果表明,优化后机构模型既满足了剪切工作工艺要求,同时又提高了剪切性能。
This paper describes the working principle and structural characteristics of the crank rocker shearing mechanism.According to the requirements of the trajectory of upper and lower cutting edges, the crank rocker shearing mechanism is put forward, the displacement equation of this mechanism is established and optimized, and the constraints are determined based on the design variables and the objective function. The optimization results are obtained by means of the software, and the optimal design parameters which meet the requirements of the trajectory of upper and lower cutting edges are obtained. The parametric model is set up by means of the ADAMS software, and the motion simulation is conducted. The simulation results show that the optimized mechanism model not only meets the requirements of the shearing process, but also improves the shearing performance.
