摘要
校本课程开发作为学校教育的一项重要工作,在实践中出现了自由散在、追赶潮流和顶层设计等三种型态,也存在因简单思维而出现的认识简单、僵化,实施过程割裂、零碎等问题。由于校本课程开发具有开放性、动态性、非线性和自组织等复杂学特征,我们要借助复杂科学的系统思维,全面提升对校本课程开发的理解认识;借鉴复杂科学的协同理论,全方位构建校本课程开发系统;依据复杂科学的自组织理论,优化校本课程开发过程。
The school-based curriculum development is an important task in school education. It has three patterns: free developing, fashion seeking and top-level designing. It has problems such as simplified and ossified ways of thinking, and fragmented and separated implementation. The school-based curriculum development has some characteristics of complexity science, such as openness, dynamism, nonlinearity and self-organizing. Thus, we could deepen the understanding of the school-based curriculum development with the help of system thinking of complexity science, build an all-round school-based curriculum development system with the help of synergy theory of complexity science, and optimize the process of school-based curriculum development with the help of self-organizing theory of complexity science.
