推拿功法少林内功对大学生心率和睡眠质量的影响 被引量:7

The Effect of Shaolin Neigong on Heart Rate and Sleep Quality of College Students

摘要 目的:观察推拿功法少林内功对大学生心率、睡眠质量的影响,为功法的调神效应提供依据。方法:上海中医药大学18~21岁一年级新生99人,随机分成功法组和对照组。其中功法组大学生开展8周(每周3次,每次40分钟)的少林内功训练结合睡眠行为认知教育,对照组仅进行睡眠行为认知教育,检测8周前后两组试验对象的心率、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:经过8周的少林内功锻炼,功法组的心率(MD=74.6次/分钟)与对照组(MD=79.4次/分钟)相比有显著降低(P=0.01,P<0.05);功法组心率下降量为5.2,95%[2.5,8.0]次/分钟,与对照组心率下降量1.3[-1.5,4.1]次/分钟相比,差异有显著差异(P=0.048)。功法组的PSQI评分(MD=5.1)小于对照组(MD=7.2),差异有统计学意义(P=0.006,P<0.05);功法组PSQI评分下降量为2.2[0.5,3.9],与对照组PSQI评分下降量0.1[-1.1,1.3]相比,差异有显著差异(P=0.039)。结论:少林内功能锻炼能增强大学生的心功能,改善睡眠质量,调神效果明显。 Objective To observe the effect of an eight-week Shaolin Neigong practice on the heartrate and sleep quality of college students and provide evidences for the mind-regulating effect of Shao-lin Neigong. Methods Ninety-nine freshmen from Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicinewere randomly divided into a Neigong group and a control group. Both groups received health educatinabout sleeping,while the Neigong group additionally practiced 40 minutes Shaolin Neigong three timesa week,lasting for 8 weeks. Results After the intervention,a significant decrease was observed in theheart rate of the Neigong group(MD=74.6 times/minute)compared to the control group(MD=79.4 times/minute)(P=0.01,P〈0.05). The average Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) score of the former(MD=5.1) was also significantly lower than the control group(MD=7.2)(P=0.006,P〈0.05). Conclusion Shao-lin Neigong practice can enhance college students' cardiac function,and improve their sleep quality,showing good regulation of the mind.
