腹侧被盖区多巴胺神经元可塑性:运动防治肥胖的重要途径 被引量:8

摘要 中脑腹侧被盖区(VTA)投射至伏隔核(NAc)的多巴胺(DA)能通路是大脑奖赏系统(rewardsystem)的核心部分,DA神经传递障碍导致的过度进食(overeating)与肥胖(obesity)的发生发展密切相关。合理的运动锻炼可通过多种途径调节VTA-DA神经元可塑性,改善肥胖者食物奖赏异常,缓解肥胖相关过度进食,对防治肥胖产生积极的作用。本文主要从运动锻炼通过胰岛素、瘦素以及DA代谢介导VTA-DA神经元可塑性调节奖赏系统功能,探讨运动干预改善肥胖者过度进食防治肥胖的神经生物学机制。
