输液渗漏导致皮下瘢痕形成的实验观察 被引量:1

Experimental research of subcutaneous scar formation caused by infusion leakage

摘要 目的分析不同药物在输液渗漏后导致皮下瘢痕形成的原因。方法取32只SPF级成年鸡,随机分为4组:生理盐水组(A组)、克林霉素+生理盐水组(B组)、苯甲醇+生理盐水组(c组)、克林霉素+苯甲醇+生理盐水组(D组),每组8只。将上述药物分别注射于鸡足第三跖骨旁近跖趾关节背侧皮下,双足同时注射,每侧5ml,建立皮下输液渗漏模型。药物注射28d后处死动物,切开观察皮下组织的大体病理,切取标本制片,HE染色、Masson三色法染色后光镜下观察组织结构变化。结果A、B组鸡足部皮下组织无增生;C组皮下组织增生肥厚,但未见瘢痕形成;D组皮下组织大量瘢痕形成。结论苯甲醇可能是皮下瘢痕形成的主要原因,且可能与克林霉素存在协同作用,促进瘢痕形成。 Objective To analyze the causes of subcutaneous scar formation caused by infusion leakage with different drugs. Methods A total of 32 SPF adult chickens were randomly divided into four groups: normal saline group (group A), clindamycin+normal saline group (group B), benzyl alcohol+normal saline group (group C), clindamycin+benzyl alcohol+ normal saline group (group D), with 8 chickens in each group. The above-mentioned drugs were injected into the chickens' dorsal subcutis nearby the third metatarsal and metatarsophalangeal joint to establish the subcutaneous infusion leakage models. Double feet were injected at the same time, with 5 ml drugs for each side. All the chickens were executed 28 days after drug injection and pathological observation of subcutaneous tissue was performed. Then the harvested tissue of specimen was observed through the microscope after HE staining and Masson staining. Results The subcutaneous tissue of group A and B had no hyperplasia, while that of group C had hyperplasia but no scar formation. In group D, a large number of scar tissue was formed. Conclusion Benzyl alcohol may be the main cause of subcutaneous scar formation, and it may be synergistic with clindamycin to promote scar formation.
