伟晶岩型锂辉石矿石浮选药剂及工艺研究现状 被引量:8

摘要 在锂资源需求十分旺盛的今天,为了促进选锂技术更好地发展,对伟晶岩型锂辉石矿石浮选药剂的种类、特点、应用及浮选工艺现状进行了系统的总结。(1)指出伟晶岩型锂辉石矿石浮选药剂主要分为捕收剂和调整剂2大类,捕收剂方面,主要从单一捕收剂、组合捕收剂和新型捕收剂3方面介绍了捕收剂的研制、试验及应用情况,以及所存在的优缺点;调整剂方面,主要从"三碱"和金属离子为主的活化剂以及传统与新型的抑制剂等方面分别介绍了调整剂的特点、机理以及应用现状。(2)根据目前实际矿石的现状,指出伟晶岩型锂辉石矿石浮选工艺主要集中在预先脱泥浮选、不脱泥直接浮选、阶段磨矿阶段选别方面。最后指出研发绿色环保的新型药剂与高效的组合药剂,以及根据矿石性质的特点确定合理的浮选工艺是锂辉石矿石浮选技术进步的重要方向。 With the increasingly demand of lithium resources,in order to better promote the development of selection technology of lithium,the types,characteristics,applications,as well as current flotation process of pegmatite spodumene flotation reagents were systematically summarized. Firstly,it is pointed out that the reagents used for the flotation of pegmatite spodumene are mainly divided into two categories: collectors and regulators. In terms of collectors,including single collectors,combined collectors and novel collectors,their development,testing and application as well as their advantages and disadvantages,were introduced. In terms of the regulators,the characteristics,mechanism and application status of"tri-alkali"and metal ions activators,as well as traditional and novel depressor were recommended,respectively. Furthermore,according to the current status in the real flotation scenario,it is pointed out that the flotation process of pegmatite spodumene mainly focused on the prior deliming flotation,nodeliming direct flotation,stage grinding and stage separation. Finally,it pointed out that developing the environmentally friendly novel collectors and highly efficient combined collectors as well as determining the reasonable flotation process based on the characteristics of ore properties would be the key directions for the technical progress of spodumene flotation.
