摘要
破碎带中"Y"形矿体开采时,常面临采矿方法难选择、围岩稳定性难控制、矿体分支相互制约的难题。为安全高效地开采破碎带中的"Y"形矿体,以某矿破碎带中呈"Y"形的II号矿体为研究对象,结合矿山实际的工程地质条件及技术条件,提出采用分层崩落法进行回采。设计每个采场配置人行材料通风井、溜矿井各2个,高度2.5 m的分层交替进行开采;同时先分层交替回采II号矿体中上部的分支,再采上盘分支的中下部分,最后回采下盘分支的中下部分;采用压抽混合式通风方式辅助采场通风,确保通风安全。统计分析试采采场的主要技术经济指标,得出所设计的分层崩落采矿法适宜开采破碎带中的"Y"形矿体。
When the"Y"shaped ore body in broken zone was mined,it is often difficult to choose the mining method,and to control the stability of the surrounding rock,and the branch of the ore body is restricted to each other. In order to exploit the"Y"shaped ore body in broken zone safely and efficiently,taking the II ore body of"Y"shape in broken zone as a case and combining actual engineering geological conditions and technical conditions of mine,the stratified caving method was proposed for exploitation. In each stope,2 ventilation shafts for human and materials,and 2 ore chutes slide mines are designed,and the stoping layer with the height of 2.5 m is alternately mined. At the same time,the middle and upper branch of the II ore body are firstly recovered by slicing stoping alternately,and then the middle and lower parts of the upper branch are recovered,followed by the middle and lower parts of the lower branch. To ensure ventilation safety,the ventilation way of pressure-pumping mixture was adopted to assist ventilation. Through the analysis of the main technical and economical index in the test stope,it is concluded that the slicing and caving stoping method is suitable for recovering the"Y"ore body in the broken belt.
