中亚某铜锡矿石工艺矿物学研究 被引量:1

Process Mineralogy of Copper and Tin Minerals in a State of Central Asia

摘要 中亚某铜锡矿石铜、锡品位较低,但资源量大。为了能够更好地开发利用该资源,对有代表性矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:(1)矿石的构造主要有细网脉状构造、块状构造、块状—不均匀稀疏浸染状构造及条带浸染状构造等;矿石的结构主要有碎裂化细晶结构、巨晶结构、纤柱状—他形粒状结构及残余结构等。(2)矿石含铜0.62%,氧化铜占总铜的91.94%,主要赋存在孔雀石、蓝铜矿、羟锡铜石及硅孔雀石等矿物中;矿石含锡0.69%,主要赋存在羟锡铜石、锡石及黝锡矿等矿物中。(3)矿石中的铜可采用常规的硫化浮选法进行回收,而矿石中的锡需考虑采用浮选—重选相结合的联合工艺进行综合回收,银则富集在铜、锡精矿中。 The copper and tin grade of an ore in Central Asia is lower,but the reserves are huge. In order to exploit and utilize this resource,the process mineralogy on representative ore was studied. The results showed that:(1)The main textures of ore are mainly fine stockwork texture,and bulk texture,block-sparse disseminated texture and band disseminated texture.The main structures in the ore are mainly fine grained structure,macro crystal structure,fibrous columnar granular structure and residual structure.(2)The copper grade is 0.62% and 91.94% copper is copper oxide,which mainly occurred in minerals such as malachite,azurite,mushistonite and chrysocolla. The ore contains 0.69% tin,which is mainly deposited in minerals such as mushistonite,cassiterite and stannite.(3)The copper in the ore can be recovered by using conventional sulfide flotation process,and the tin of the ore should be considered to adopt the way of combined process with flotation and gravity for comprehensive recovery,silver concentrated in copper and tin concentrate.
