摘要 "微侵犯"指的是针对特定人群不明显的、潜在的、无意识的侵犯和侮辱行为。作者指出,微侵犯不仅是当代西方学术研究与社会运动的核心概念之一,与图书馆与信息服务领域的核心价值——"平等"与"公平"也存在密切关联。文章首次向国内图书馆学、情报学界系统介绍微侵犯的概念缘起、研究进展及其分类,梳理图书馆与信息服务领域的微侵犯研究与实践,并以"中国图书馆与信息服务领域的微侵犯问题自检清单"为中心,为深入研究微侵犯问题提出了建议。 Microaggression refers to the subtle, automatically and unconsciously insults on special groups. As an academic and practical concept with growing importance, microaggression not only related to equality and fairness as the key missions of library and information science, but also brings unique value to the Chinese government in building harmony society. The article tries to introduce the concept, research progress and classification with particular focus on the microaggression of LIS. It also offers related suggestions to Chinese library and information field.
