国内外15所高校图书馆数字学术服务的内容及特点

Research on University Library's Digital Scholarship Services——Case Studies of 15 University Libraries at Home and Abroad

对国内外15所高校图书馆的数字学术服务进行调查研究,调查内容包括对数字学术概念的理解、数字学术服务的名称与形式、数字学术服务具体内容及图书馆员在其中承担的职责。调查发现,图书馆数字学术服务的内容呈多元化特点,主要集中在物理空间服务、数字科研工具服务、研究数据服务、学术交流与数字出版服务、数字人文服务、数字学术研讨与培训服务、数字技术支持服务等方面,对图书馆员的专业知识、数字技能有较高要求。以上调查结果对我国高校图书馆理解、探索、实践数字学术服务具有较大的参考价值。

This paper investigates the digital scholarship services of 15 university libraries at home and abroad, including the different definition of digital scholarship, the names and forms of the digital scholar-ship services, the specific contents of the digital scholarship services and the librarians＇ responsibilities. The survey finds that the contents of library digital scholarship services are diversified, mainly focused on physical space services, digital research tools services, research data services, scholarly communication and digital publishing services, digital humanities services, digital scholarship discussing and training services, digital technology supporting services, and so on. And also, these services demand that the librarians have sufficient specialized knowledge and digital skills. The survey results have a certain reference value for Chinese university libraries to understand, explore and practice digital scholarship services.
