摘要
中国高校正在不断地参与如Coursera这样的慕课平台,慕课面临着与传统教育环境所不同的开放环境,使得课程的版权归属和第三方版权材料的使用等问题成为创作慕课课程的高校必须要关注的焦点。文章利用网络调查法对我国内地开设慕课课程的高校版权政策进行调查,发现几乎未涉及慕课甚至未专门制定慕课版权政策。因此,利用抽样方法调研英国、美国、澳大利亚及中国香港地区大学的慕课版权政策并进行定性解析,从明确慕课课程的版权归属及变化、规定慕课使用课程材料的版权方案、界定慕课课程内容的复用性、高校图书馆提供慕课版权咨询协助服务等方面,为我国内地高校图书馆制定慕课版权政策提供参考。
Chinese universities and colleges are continually participating in MOOC platform like Coursera, which faces open environment different from traditional educational environment, rising up issues such as copyright ownership of courses and the use of third party copyrighted materials. The paper investigated the content of copyright policies of universities and colleges offering MOOC courses in Main- land China via web survey. It is found that most library policies did not involve MOOC, nor did them specifically established MOOC copyright policies. So, MOOC copyright policies of universities in UK, US, Australia, Hong Kong district were surveyed through sampling method and analyzed through qualitative method. Finally, references as making clear copyright ownership, establishing copyright scheme for MOOC course teaching materials, defining reusability, as well as providing MOOC copyright advisory service were offered as references for universities in China's Mainland for MOOC copyright policies making.
