区域协同的财政路径选择——从财政竞争走向财政合作 被引量：3

The Financial Path of Regional Synergy——From Fiscal Competition to Fiscal Cooperation

摘要 区域协同的实现是一个漫长的过程,为了有效实现区域协同的目标,在从缩小差距进而实现"一体化"的进程中,财政路径也经历着从竞争趋向于合作的演变。随着区域协同进程的不断加快,区域整体性的不断加强,各地方政府的个体化利益与区域整体化利益的重合程度会不断扩大,在遵循区域财政合作的制度化基本路径下,地方政府间的财政合作领域会愈加拓展,合作程度也会愈加深入。
