广西柳州人群MYO9B rs10469470、rs11666569基因多态性特点分析

The Gene Polymorphism Characteristics Analysis of MYO9B rs10469470 and rs11666569 in Liuzhou Population of Guangxi

摘要 为探讨广西柳州人群肌球蛋9B(MYO9B)rs10469470、rs11666569单核苷酸基因多态性(SNP)特点及与其他地区人群的差异,我们采用竞争性等位基因特异性PCR(KASP)检测柳州地区123例健康受试者MYO9B基因rs10469470、rs11666569位点基因型。统计学方法分析基因型及等位基因分布频率及组间差异。结果表明,rs10469470位点检测出AA、AC两种基因型,分布频率分别为90.24%及9.76%,其基因型及等位基因频率在柳州人群男女性别间无显著差异(p〉0.05)。其基因型与等位基因频率与基因组单体型图计划公布的北京汉族人群(CHB)(p〉0.0125)及日本东京人群(JPT)(p〉0.0125)无显著差异。rs11666569位点检测出AA、AG、GG三种基因型,分布频率分别为9.76%、49.59%及40.65%,其基因型及等位基因频率在柳州人群男女性别间无统计学意义(p〉0.05)。其基因型与等位基因频率与CHB(p〉0.0125)及JPT(p〉0.0125)无显著差异。柳州人群MYO9B rs10469470、rs11666569单核苷酸基因多态性男女性别之间无差别,与其他种族及地区人群亦无明显差异。 To explore the characteristics of myosin IXB(MYO9 B) rs10469470,rs11666569 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNP) in Liuzhou population of Guangxi and the differences with peoples in other areas,we adopted kompetitive allele specific PCR(KASP) to detect MYO9 B rs10469470 and rs11666569 genetypes of 123 healthy subjects in Liuzhou area.The genotypes and allele frequencies and the differences of that between groups were analyzed statistically.The results showed that two genetypes of AA and AC were found in rs10469470,and the frequencies were 90.24% and 9.76%,respectively.There was no significant difference in genotype and allele frequency of rs10469470 between male and female in Liuzhou population(P〈0.05).No statistically significant discrepancy were detected in the distribution of genotypes and allele frequencies of rs10469470 in Liuzhou population compared with Han Chinese in Beijing(CHB)(P〈0.0125) and Japanese in Tokyo(JPT)(P〈0.0125)released by Hap Map Project.Three genetypes of AA、AG and GG were identified in rs11666569 with the frequency distribution of 9.76% 、49.59% and 40.65%,respectively.No significant difference of genotype and allele frequency of rs11666569 were found between sexes in Liuzhou population(P〈0.05),and there were also no statistically discrepancy in genotypes and allele frequencies of rs11666569 compared with CHB(P〈0.0125) and JPT(P〈0.0125).There was no difference of MYO9 B rs10469470,rs11666569 SNPs between genders in Liuzhou population and with other populations among different races and regions.
