富血小板血浆治疗骨性关节炎的现状 被引量:11

摘要 富血小板血浆在骨科临床的应用越来越广泛,已逐渐成为一项治疗骨科疾病的保守疗法。其活性物质具有促进细胞增殖、胶原合成作用,在骨科临床主要应用于关节疾病的治疗,如膝关节炎、髋关节炎及其他骨关节炎。然而,富血小板血浆的制作和使用方法各不统一,使用剂量和次数也不尽相同,加之临床研究随访时间短,其使用仍有局限。至于疗效方面,尚未统一意见。因此,今后的研究有待于统一方法学,报道更多高质量临床随机对照试验,从而为富血小板血浆治疗骨关节炎提供充分的依据。 Clinical application of platelet-rich-plasma(PRP) is becoming more and more popular in orthopedic fields. It becomes a kind of conservative therapy to deal with orthopedic disease such as knee and hip osteoarthritis, because this bioactive substance can induce cells proliferation and collagen synthesis. However, the methods of making and using PRP are considerably different among clinical trials with varied dose and frequencies of clinical usage, additionally, the application is still limited and the follow-up duration seems too short to conclude, so that the clinical results remain controversial. Therefore, more randomized controlled trials with unified methodology are needed to provide sufficient clinical evidence of utilizing PRP to treat osteoarthritis in future.
