退变椎间盘生物力学研究 被引量:7

Current research on biomechanics of intervertebral disc degeneration

摘要 生物力学在椎间盘退变中扮演重要角色,二者相互影响,互为因果。为探索其机制,长时间以来许多学者进行了深入研究,尤其近年来有限元分析研究的广泛开展,突破了经费、材料、标本等多种限制,取得了许多新的成果。同时有学者尝试探索应用中医药延缓或阻止椎间盘退变,细胞生物学研究表明,中药成分制剂及复方制剂对体外培养的椎间盘细胞退变存在抑制作用。 Biomechanics plays an important role in intervertebral disc degeneration(IVDD), which impact each other, and is reciprocal causation. For long time many experts have researched this problem deeply, especially recent study by finite element analysis is widely developing, which is breaking through the limits by fund, material, sample and other restrictions, obtaining many achievements. Hunting for solution, some scholars have tried to delay or suspend this degenerative progress by using traditional Chinese medicine. The result of cytobiology test shows that some ingredient or compound of traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit intervertebral disc degeneration.
