林地生计依赖性测算及其与农户林地流转意愿关联性研究

Calculation of Livelihood Dependence on Forestland and the Correlation Analysis with Farmers' Willingness of Forestland Circulation

农户对林地的生计依赖性同时受到农户家庭因素与外部社会环境的共同影响,由此构建了农户对林地生计的依赖性测算模型,并考察了农户对林地生计的依赖性与农户对林地流转意愿的关联性。利用福建省的农户调查数据,得到农户对林地生计的依赖度,并基于此对农户对林地生计的依赖性与他们对林地流转意愿的关联性进行了实证探讨。结果表明:农户对林地生计的依赖度在不同区间内的分布较不均衡,且农户对林地生计的依赖性较弱的农户数量所占的比重较高。同时,农户的林地流转意愿与他们对林地生计的依赖性表现出了较强的相关关系。这一研究结果证实了文中的两个基本假设:农户对林地的生计依赖性越强,农户的林地流入意愿越强,流出意愿越弱;农户对林地生计的依赖性越弱,农户对林地流出意愿越强,流入意愿越弱。

Farmers＇ willingness to transfer forestland was closely related to the livelihoods dependence on forestland,which was also motivated by the comparison between the expectation of income and the cost assessment of the outflow and inflow of forestland. Farmers＇ livelihood dependence on forestland was influenced by multiple factors,such as resource endowment,source of economic income,reality of regional development and rural social security. Therefore,the calculation model of farmers＇ livelihood dependence on forestland was built based on the influential factors mentioned above,and the internal correlation between the farmers＇ livelihood dependence on forestland and the willingness of the forestland transfer was investigated. Based on the survey data of farmers in Fujian Province,this paper obtained the degree of forestland livelihood dependence and its distribution at different ages. Then,according to the result,it made an empirical study on the correlation between the livelihood dependence degree on forestland and farmers＇ willingness to forestland circulation. The results indicated that,the distribution of the degree of forestland livelihood dependence was not uniform,and the proportion of farmers with less dependence degree was higher. At the same time,there was a strong correlation between the willingness of the forestland circulation and the farmers＇ livelihood dependence degree on forestland. Moreover,the research result confirmed two basic inferences in this paper： The higher dependence degree of forestland livelihood dependence,the stronger willingness of forestland inflow and the weaker willingness to outflow,and the lower livelihood dependence on forestland,the stronger willingness to forestland outflow and the weaker willingness to inflow.
