社会资本促进了居民环境意识的提高吗?——基于CGSS的研究

Did the Social Capital Promote the Improvement of Residents' Environmental Awareness ?——Research Based on CGSS

环境意识是环境保护实现可持续发展的红线意识。以环境知识、环境评价、环境关注和环保自觉性指标对环境意识进行潜在类别分析,利用Logit模型估计社会资本对居民环境意识的影响,并基于时间序列进行对比分析。结果表明:(1)利用潜在类别模型将我国居民环境意识分为高环境意识、中等环境意识和低环境意识;(2)我国居民社会资本和环境意识均不断提高,社会资本对居民环境意识的影响十分显著;(3)2003—2013年,社会资本对居民环境意识的影响程度加强,年平均变化率为1.42%。在可持续城市规划方面,采用适当措施改善社会资本是提高居民环境意识、实现保护环境目标的有效途径。

Environmental awareness was the red line of environmental protection to achieving sustainable development. This paper analyzed the latent class of environmental awareness through the environmental knowledge,environmental evaluation,environmental concern and environmental protection consciousness index,with Logit model to estimate the impact of social capital on residents＇ environmental awareness and did comparative analysis based on time series. The results showed that：（1）Using the LCM,the class of residents＇ environmental awareness was divided into high environmental awareness,medium environmental awareness and low environmental awareness.（2）The social capital and environmental awareness of residents in our country were raised,and the impact of social capital on residents＇ environmental awareness was significant.（3）From 2003 to 2013,the influence of social capital on residents＇ environmental awareness was strengthened,annual average rate of change was 1. 42%. In the planning for sustainable urban,adopting appropriate measures to improve social capital at the collective level was an effective way to enhance the residents＇ environmental awareness and achieved the goal of environmental protection.
