摘要
山东省是我国苹果产业大省。文章对山东省苹果种植的面积、总产量变化趋势、品种结构、生产模式等特征进行了分析,进一步对苹果产业供给侧存在的问题以及成因进行了探讨,最后提出了苹果产业供给侧改革的具体对策,包括：因地制宜发展现代栽培模式,调整苹果品种结构,促进三产融合,实施苗木生产许可制度,实施标准化生产体系,提升苹果产品质量。
Shandong Province is a large province of apple industry in China. This paper firstly analyzed acreage, total output changing trend, variety structure, and production mode of apple production in Shandong Province, and then discussed the problems existing in supply-side of apple industry and analyzed the reason, finally it put forward specific countermeasures in order to promote supply-side reform of apple industry,which includes： to develop modern cultivation mode according to local conditions, to adjust the structure of apple varieties, to promote the integration of three products, to implement the license system of seedling production, to implement a standardized production system and to improve the quality of apple products.
