根据当前老龄化社会的发展趋势,从老年人日益增加的医疗、护理及康复需求、传统的家庭照料保障功能削弱以及促进"四位一体"共同发展等方面分析了医养结合可持续发展的必要性,并从政策支持、经济可行及科研支撑等方面阐述了医养结合可持续发展的可行性。认为医养结合可持续发展是一个循序渐进的过程,应以满足老龄人群多样化需求为出发点,努力打造"一个平台、两类结合、三种形式、四个方面"的医养结合养老创新模式。

According to current development trend of aging society,the necessity of combining medical treatment and care is analyzed from the aspects of the increasing needs of the old for medical care,nursing and rehabilitation,the weakening function of traditional family care and the promotion of"the quaternity"common development.The feasibility of combining medical treatment and care is analyzed as well from the aspects of policy support,economic feasibility and scientific research support.It is claimed that the combination of medical treatment and care is a step-by-step process.It should take meeting the various needs of the old as a starting point and build an innovative pattern of combining medical treatment and care which is featured with"one platform,two combination,three forms and four aspects".
