舒适护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿护理中的应用效果分析

目的:探讨舒适护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿护理中的临床效果。方法:选取我院2016年11月至2017年11月收治的90例老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者临床资料,随机分为研究组(n=47)与对照组(n=43)。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予舒适护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果:护理后,研究组身心舒适(94.67±8.72)分,生活质量(90.98±11.17)分,均显著高于护理前且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院时间(6.42±1.53)d,显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者中,可有效提高患者身心舒适度和生活质量,缩短患者住院时间。

To investigate the clinical effect of comfortable nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema. Methods： The clinical data of 90 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema admitted from November Z016 to November 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group （n ： 47） and control group （n = 43）. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given comfort nursing intervention. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results： After nursing, the study group was significantly higher in physical and mental health （94. 67±8.72） and quality of life （90.98±11.17） points than those in the control group （P〈0.05） 1.53） d, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： Comfortable nursing is applied to patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema in the elderly, which can effectively improve patients＇ physical and psychological comfort and quality of life, and shorten hospitalization time.
