高分辨率CT诊断肺间质性疾病的临床价值

The clinical value of high resolution CT in diagnosis of interstitial lung disease

目的:探讨高分辨率CT诊断肺间质性疾病的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析于2017年1月～2017年6月在我院确诊的40例肺间质性疾病患者的CT影像学表现。结果:高分辨率CT下,肺间质性疾病患者表现为磨玻璃影21例,胸膜下弧线影17例,肺小叶间隔增厚16例,支气管血管束周围间质增厚13例。结论:肺间质性疾病在高分辨率CT下的表现较为典型,可以作为诊断方式。

To investigate the clinical value of high resolution CT in diagnosis of interstitial lung disease. Method： Retro- spective analysis the CT imaging findings of 40 patients with pulmonary interstitial disease in our hospital in January 2017to June 2017. Result： Under high resolution CT, 21 cases of pulmonary interstitial disease showed ground glass opacity, 17 cases showed pleural arcs, 16 cases showed thickening of interlobular septa, and 13 cases showed thickening of interstitial vessels around the bronchus. Conclusion： The imaging features of pulmonary interstitial disease in high resolution CT are very typical, and high resolution CT can be used as an effective diagnostic method.
