摘要
目的:探究腹部手术患者接受术中保护护理的价值。方法:选取2017年1月—2017年10月100例腹部手术患者,分为2组,分别实施常规护理以及术中保温护理,对比2组干预的结果。结果:实验组干预后的肛温、凝血功能优于对照组,其不良反应几率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹部手术患者接受术中保温护理,有着积极的意义。
To explore the value of intraoperative protective care for patients with abdominal surgery. Methods 100 cases of abdominal operation in October January 2017 --2017 were selected and divided into 2 groups. They received routine nursing and thermal insulation nursing respectively, and the results of 2 groups were compared. Results The anal temperature and blood coagulation function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the risk of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is of positive significance for the patients undergoing abdominal surgery to receive heat preservation and nursing.
