摘要
介绍一种新型高效节能搅拌设备———中心龙卷流型搅拌槽。该设备是根据槽内流体的流动形态取决于搅拌叶轮、附件的类型及它们之间的空间配置关系 ,从运用龙卷风形成机理入手研制成功的。该设备兼有径向流和轴向流的搅拌特点 ,搅拌混合性能优良 ,其最大的特点在于可以用较低的成本解决目前存在的一些高密度或高浓度固体颗粒悬浮操作技术难题。
A new type of high efficiency and energy-saving mixer -- central ascending screw flow mixer is introduced. It is developed based on the flow pattern of fluid in a trough depending on the type of impeller, the type of accessories and their related position in space , and on the tornado formation mechanism. The mixer has the features of both 'flow in diameter' and 'flow in axis' , which shows good capability and low manufacturing cost. It is suitable for solving the operation problem of high density and high consistency solid suspension.
