运用城市设计方法 推进城市修补工作——以三亚“生态修复、城市修补”试点工作为例

PROMOTING CITY BETTERMENT BY URBAN DESIGN： TAKING THE PILOT PROJECT OF ＂CITY BETTERMENT AND ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION＂ IN SANYA CITY AS AN EXAMPLE

根据中央加强城市设计、推进城市修补工作的要求，简要回顾了城市设计的核心理念以及在国内外类似工作中的运用，进而结合对城市修补工作的理解，提出了城市设计方法在城市修补工作中运用的主要途径，包括把握城市整体格局和重点系统、关注人的诉求提升人居环境品质、塑造城市形态风貌特色、完善管理机制强化实效等几方面，并通过三亚的城市修补工作，展开了详细的解析。

Based on the recent requirement of the central government to strengthen urban design and promote city betterment, this paper takes briefly review of the core concept of urban design and its application at home and abroad, and then combining with the interpretation of city betterment, it puts forward the main approaches to use urban-design during the work of city betterment, including： grasping overall urban structure and major system, focusing on the appeals of citizens and enhancing environment quality of human settlements, creating urban landscape feature, and improving management mechanism to strengthen implementation effectiveness, etc. Finally, it takes Sanya as an example to carry out detailed discussion.
