介绍三亚市建设综合管廊的背景，分析管廊建设的必要性，从区域选择和干支线选择两个方面对综合管廊的平面布局进行了研究，对综合管廊横断面设计中断面形式选择、舱室数量进行论述，详细阐述如何确定断面尺寸并探讨了综合管廊融资机制。

This paper introduces the background and necessity of urban underground utility tunnel construction in Sanya City and studies the plane layout of urban underground utility tunnel from two aspects： determining sites for construction projects; determining trunk tunnel or branch tunnel. Then, the paper discusses section design and optimization, including sectional forms, subdivision rules, and section sizes. In addition, it proposes some advices on the financing mechanism.
