摘要
迁钢热轧酸洗线卷取机卷筒结构原设计为机械钳口,由于卷筒结构设计存在缺陷,导致自动卸卷时带头在钳口内卡钢频繁,造成钢卷塔形缺陷,严重影响了产线的生产效率。通过结合产线的实际情况,对卷筒结构存在的问题和自动卸卷的各个环节进行深入的研究,找出影响自动卸卷的问题的根源所在,并通过分析计算,提出卷筒结构改进的方向和措施,最终实现产线的自动卸卷。
ABSTRACT defects in the design of the reel structure, lead to the head of steel is often jammed in the jaws during automatic unloading, resulting in a coil shape defect, which seriously affects the production efficiency of the production line. Combining with the actual conditions of the production line, the problems existing in the reel structure and various aspects of the automatic unwinding are analyzed in depth to find out the main cause of the problems affecting the automatic unwinding, and through analysis and calculation, it is proposed that the reel structure is improved. The direction and measures will eventually achieve automatic unwinding of the production line.
