摘要 研究抗衰老是当今社会的热点课题。干细胞是具有自我更新能力和多向分化能力的细胞,间充质干细胞包含其中。研究常用的间充质干细胞有骨髓间充质干细胞和脂肪间充质干细胞,二者均在组织修复和抗衰老方面有广泛的应用,有很好的发展前景。本文综述了近年来脂肪间充质干细胞抗衰老作用的特点、机制及应用研究进展。 Research on aging is a hot topic in today's society.Mesenchymal stem cells is a kind of stem cells,has theability to self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation potential.Research between commonly used there are bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and adipose mesenchymal stem cells,mesenchymal stem cells between both in tissue repair and anti-aning has a wide range of applications.In this paper,the characteristics,mechanism and application of the anti-aging effect of adipose mesenchymal stem cells in recent years are reviewd.
