摘要
采用撞击流技术 ,实现粉体的超细粉碎与表面有机化改性工艺于一体。阐述撞击流超细粉碎与表面改性装置的流程特点及工作机理。用硬脂酸作为改性剂 ,对重质碳酸钙进行超细粉碎与表面改性研究 ,研究系统中工质压力、加料速度、改性剂用量等参数对改性粉体性能的影响。通过测定改性粉体的活化指数、红外图谱及其在液体石蜡中的粘度变化 ,证明改性粉体的改性效果良好 ,试验流程及装置具有可行性。
A process of surface modification incorporated with the ultrafine grinding of powders by impinging stream method is presented. The characteristics and working mechanism of the process equipment are introduced. Heavy calcium carbonate powders are treated with stearic acid (as modifier) by the process equipment. The study shows that the modification results are influenced by the injet air pressure, feeding rate and dosage of stearic acid. The excellent modification efficacy of heavy calcium carbonate powders and the feasibility of the process equipment are confirmed by activation indexes of treated powders, IR spectra and changes of viscosity of treated and untreated CaCO 3 in liquid paraffin wax.
