摘要
就西藏具有的特殊地理气候条件、丰富的水电资源,结合西藏经济发展与水电建设、西藏水电开发前景等内容,论述了西藏水电工程开发与建设实施规划工作环节中的有关特点,并提出了相关需注重问题与解决意见。
On the basis of special geographical and climatic conditions and abundant hydropower resources,the economic development and the prospects of hydropower development in Tibet,the relevant characteristics of hydropower development and construction implementation planning in Tibet are discussed,and related issues and solutions that need to be focused are also put forward.
