摘要 带配压阀位置检测的蓄能机组导叶控制系统在国内外广泛应用,但目前并没有一套完整的液压行程检测方式及导叶回路的调试方法可供运维人员参考。以典型导叶控制系统为例,通过对控制原理进行研究,结合工程实践中的经验和难点,得出一整套蓄能机组导叶控制系统行程检测及回路调试方法,该方法经过多次验证,科学可靠,可为设计和运维人员提供理论及实践依据。 The governor of pumped-storage unit which contains distributing valve 's feedback is widely used in China and abroad. However,there is no a set of complete method for engineer to design a motion detection system and adjust it. Based on the study on the control principle of typical wicket gate control system,and the experience summary of engineering practice,a set of complete motion detection and adjusting method are created. The actual practices show that the method is scientific and reliable,and can provide theoretical and practical basis to designer and operator.
